As you all know, the heart is essential to life. There
are many things that can prevent the heart from
functioning properly. One is coronary artery disease that
induces swelling and causes damage to the vessels that
bring blood to your heart. Another hazard to the hearts
arteries is eating unhealthy, smoking, and high
cholesterol. If blood flow to the heart is tampered with
in any way it will cause the heart to function improperly.
The heart tissues highly depends upon the blow flow and if
it is decreased that becomes a problem. An example of this
is when you experience chest pain during strenuous
movement (eg. exercise). Another way your heart tissue can
be disrupted is if a plaque breaks which causes a blood
clot. As long as blood flow is blocked the heart tissue
will scar and become damaged.
In obese people with a body mass index over 30, or
someone with hypertension are in a bad state. Their heart
has to work harder daily because of their excess fat.
Because of this the heart responds and the pumping of the
heart begins to weaken. This can result heart failure or
death.
Today’s society emphasizes on being healthy. If you have
excess fat and are finding it difficult to do simple daily
tasks such as walking up the steps or getting out of the
bed, there is hope. By losing weight properly and eating
healthier the load on your heart will be lessened.

Many people tend not to exercise because they are lazy or do not see the benefits that can come out of it. In many cases skinny individuals need to exercize because they are the ones mainly out of shape, getting out of breath and fatigued all the time. Others just exercize because they have the notion that by doing so they can lose weight and tone their bodies not fully understandings the advantages that is gained allowing a healthier body to come into action. So next time you pass a gym think about the health benefits of going inside of it as well as toning your shape and do not let laziness get in the way of a health choice. Additionally as stated in the Exercise vs. Fatigue article being trully healthy goes along with eating the right foods and at the right porportions. So eating well balanced meals and exercizing regularly can really help individuals in many detrimental life conditions, not just heart conditions.
